Arcade ROM Heaven

Just when I am cruising along on my way to Level 80 I come across an area called Grizzly Hills and get stuck on 2 quests that are driving me nuts. Filling the Cages and Escape from Silverbrook. These would have to be the worst quests in the game I have come across, I have not found a single comment that is positive about either, someone even asked if Blizzard actually played the game because the quests were so crap.

FTC is crap because there is never any Ice Troll around to finish the quest. EFS is so bad because the worgs just keep on coming, your POV constantly changes and is very annoying.

Any tips appreciated.

EDIT: FTC, capture a Drakkari Warrior, obviously you are supposed to now it is a Troll even though it isn't called one. EFS, just cheat, mount his horse, dismount and get on yours. Follow him to the first river, get back on his horse and ride all the way to town, that way you only have to fight half the mobs.

Haven't posted for ages, why is that, World of Warcraft ofcourse. I had previously played Diablo 1 & 2 and eagerly awaiting Diablo 3, my mate put my onto WarHammer and played that for a 10 day free trial, then him and all his mates were going back to WoW so I followed. What a great little game it is, very addictive and time consuming though. I play most nights on the Saurfang server, drop by and say hello. I should hit 80 soon enough, PVE is where I am at, PVP has no intrest, maybe the reflexes are slowing up

Frost Mage tips always appreciated, armor upgrade suggestions are also welcomed, my character is linked above. There is so much to learn about this game I will be playing it for ages.

I have tried AOE farming but it never looks like the video in YouTube just can't seem to nail it.
